Bossier and Shreveport gates open to the public from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The gates will close to inbound traffic at 4 pm and will reopen to outbound traffic only at 4:30 pm (both days).
No foot traffic is allowed general public due to security and safety
concerns. ID card-holding personnel can walk on, but are discouraged.
SPORTRAN will operate a free shuttle service transport people to and from the Air Show. Buses are scheduled to leave the sites beginning at 9:00 am on each day and will transport continuously throughout the day. Below are details:
- Saturday, May 10 – from First Baptist Bossier; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - MAP
- Sunday, May 11 – from Bossier Civic Center; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm - MAP

 "Adventures in Aviation" kids area with aviation-themed games and activities to be located in the center of the ramp. There's over 45,000 square feet of affordable family fun with moon walks, a giant rock wall, and monster power jumps. There is also children's art interaction and professional face painting.
